1. Nature of the Software
HiganveinOS is an experimental, independent Linux distribution based on Arch Linux and CachyOS components, developed by community members under public attribution "D-P" and open-source contributors.
All build recipes, scripts, installer code, and system assets are provided under permissive open-source licenses (GPL / MIT / BSD depending on component).
2. "AS-IS" Warranty Disclaimer (Liability Protection)

3. Ethical Use of Cybersecurity Tools
The optional higan-bundle --cyber and BlackArch repository integration tools are provided strictly for educational purposes, legitimate systems administration, authorized security research, and defensive penetration testing.
The maintainers do not condone, promote, or assume responsibility for any illegal network access, unauthorized scanning, or illicit activities conducted using software installed through HiganveinOS tools.

"Arch Linux" is a registered trademark of Levente Polyak. "CachyOS" is maintained by the CachyOS Team. "Linux" is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds. HiganveinOS is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Arch Linux, CachyOS, or the Linux Foundation.
Anime art references (including depictions of Frieren) are transformative fan-made creative assets utilized under fair use for community customization and aesthetic themes.
